It is the first manufacturer in the Lanaudière region to be able to claim this certification, which recognizes the quality of the work environment of the company whose mission is to design, assemble and manufacture top quality injection molded plastic cases. The company is proud to offer custom products and a variety of complementary services to customers in Canada and abroad. The NANUK line of waterproof cases is trusted by professionals around the world to store, protect and transport their equipment and instruments in some of the most inhospitable environments. The NANUK brand is now distributed in more than 50 countries around the world.
NANUK's employees were involved in the process, as they gave their company an 85 percent rating in a survey conducted by the independent BNQ, indicating their satisfaction with their work.

In Quebec, there are only about 20 companies that have this certification, which must be renewed every two years. To receive this certification mark, employees must complete a survey on the 69 management practices that govern internal business relations within the company. The Bureau de normalisation du Québec compares the results with the criteria associated with the "Remarkable Employer" certification. This survey makes it possible to target improvements in each of the departments in order to strengthen management practices in addition to having the possibility of receiving certification.

''This process allowed us to directly validate the satisfaction of our team members and to confirm the orientation of our human resources management. With a satisfaction rate of 85% and a participation rate of 91%, we demonstrate the quality of the jobs offered here. The fact that we are the first to obtain it, in the Lanaudière region, is also a source of pride for all of us. I am very pleased with the information obtained from the "Remarkable Employer" survey which measures the 69 practices that define a quality employer. With this exercise, we were looking for our employees' opinions on our work environment.
