WHAT IS THE POSITION?

  • Define quality specifications in collaboration with the development team;
  • Participate in the launch and approval of the first productions;
  • Perform quality control during the first reception of a product in launch;
  • Define and implement work methods as well as production standards;
  • Support operations during the integration of new products in the warehouse and during the first production of new products, by collaborating with the research and development department;
  • Manage non-conformities, analyze the causes and follow up on the implementation of action plans;
  • Implement and audit internal quality processes;
  • Audit the quality and processes at our suppliers;
  • Ensure compliance with established rules and participate in the improvement of existing systems;
  • Provide technical support for production;
  • Suggest and implement product and process improvements;
  • Perform various related tasks.

Are you the next member of the team we are looking for?

  • College or university degree or other representative experience.
  • Experience in the field of quality control and assurance (ISO 9001);
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills. This person must be able to represent and promote the image of quality and act as a resource person. He/she must also have an excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers;
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem solving methodologies (eg DMAIC, 8D, A3, Pareto)
  • Excellent judgment, analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent team spirit;
  • Sense of organization, rigor, vigilance and autonomy;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software;
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing environment.
