WHAT IS THE POSITION?

  • Receive phone calls and answer emails;
  • Create standard and custom orders in our system;
  • Manage orders via our electronic data interchange (True Commerce) system and Amazon order management;
  • Resolve customer issues and follow up on back orders;
  • Perform returns and warranties;
  • Provide estimated delivery date to customers;
  • Perform standard billing;
  • Perform various other related duties.

ARE YOU THE NEXT TEAM MEMBER WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are bilingual (French and English): read, written and speak;
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
  • You know how to show empathy, patience, active listening and compassion;
  • You are able to manage conflicts;
  • You have good interpersonal communication skills and are customer oriented;
  • You have good time management skills and good priority management;
  • You are adaptable and enjoy change;
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent;
  • You are proficient in the Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, True Commerce Foundry and Hubspot – an asset.
