WHAT IS THE POSITION?

  • Coordinate custom order projects;
  • Manage and build relationships with multiple teams;
  • Ensure stakeholders involved in projects meet the deadlines and deliverables provided;
  • Communicate plans, actions, risks and issues with key stakeholders;
  • Resolve problems that may arise during the project;
  • Assist vendors in administrative functions and processes;
  • Follow up with clients;
  • Analyze project data and produce progress reports;
  • Perform a variety of related duties.

ARE YOU THE NEXT TEAM MEMBER WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are bilingual (French and English): read, writen and spoken;
  • You have a certificate in administration/sales or other relevant fields;
  • You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • You have the proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously;
  • You have excellent organizational skills, analytical and problem solving skills;
  • You have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
  • You nurture teamwork with a high level of dedication;
  • You are organized, responsible and have good problem solving skills;
  • You master the Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, True Commerce Foundry and Hubspot – an asset.
