WHAT DOES THE POSITION INVOLVE?

  • Track orders and update confirmation dates in the ERP (enterprise resource planning) system to avoid delivery delays;
  • Manage and update article data to the ERP (enterprise resource planning) system according to the register,
  • Receive goods and make transfer notes in the system;
  • Analyze the purchase requests proposed by our ERP (enterprise resource planning), process requisitions and verify the accuracy of orders;
  • Issue non-conformance feedback to the supplier in the system;
  • And any other related tasks.

ARE YOU THE NEXT MEMBER OF THE TEAM WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • ACS in procurement and/or 1 year of experience as a junior buyer. A DPS may be considered if combined with significant experience related to the position;
  • Ability to work professionally in an open-plan environment;
  • Ability to manage stress and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Good time management and autonomy;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Focus on teamwork and customer relations;
  • Understanding of the company's global vision;
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central is an asset;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel intermediate level);
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written).
