WHAT DOES THE POSITION INVOLVE?
- Track orders and update confirmation dates in the ERP (enterprise resource planning) system to avoid delivery delays;
- Manage and update article data to the ERP (enterprise resource planning) system according to the register,
- Receive goods and make transfer notes in the system;
- Analyze the purchase requests proposed by our ERP (enterprise resource planning), process requisitions and verify the accuracy of orders;
- Issue non-conformance feedback to the supplier in the system;
- And any other related tasks.
ARE YOU THE NEXT MEMBER OF THE TEAM WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- ACS in procurement and/or 1 year of experience as a junior buyer. A DPS may be considered if combined with significant experience related to the position;
- Ability to work professionally in an open-plan environment;
- Ability to manage stress and adapt to changing priorities;
- Good time management and autonomy;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Focus on teamwork and customer relations;
- Understanding of the company's global vision;
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central is an asset;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel intermediate level);
- Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written).
