WHAT DOES THE POSITION CONSIST OF?

• Perform minor building maintenance (maintenance, furniture moving, installation, storage, various repairs, etc.);
• Perform maintenance and improvement of production equipment;
• Collect recycling and garbage in the plant;
• Perform minor maintenance work on the grounds;
• Respond to emergency interventions and requests requiring immediate intervention to ensure the safety of the occupants and the building;
• Report any incident/accident/vandalism to his/her manager and set up a security perimeter quickly;
• Perform various related tasks.

ARE YOU THE NEXT MEMBER OF THE TEAM WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 3 years of experience in building and/or equipment maintenance;
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity;
• Possess a high school diploma;
• Ability to perform physical work: be able to repeatedly lift loads weighing up to 50lbs, work at heights and do meticulous manual work;
• Be enterprising and able to work with minimal supervision;
• Be reliable, rigorous and able to take initiatives.
