WHAT IS THE POSITION?

  • Coordinate the sales effort with team members and other departments;
  • Provide training on the different platforms used by the sales team;
  • Communicate relevant information to the sales team;
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support on request;
  • Perform margin studies and provide quotes for custom projects;
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and submit reports;
  • Carry out tailor-made project follow-ups in our internal tools;
  • And any other related tasks.

 

ARE YOU THE NEXT TEAM MEMBER WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Essential bilingualism, both oral and written, in French (intermediate) and English (advanced);
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative, retail or customer service position;
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite (Advanced Excel and Power Point);
  • Experience working with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management Tool);
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamic Great Plain or Business central (an asset);
  • Certification in sales or marketing (an asset);
  • Flexibility and availability for special events.
