Full-time, permanent, face-to-face position on a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday (40hrs per week; 8hrs between 7hrs and 18hrs);

YOUR DAILY LIFE WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF:
Create and maintain product sheets (item sheets, bills of materials and product configurations, etc.) and ensure the accuracy of all changes.
Continuously analyze product data through the use of reports to ensure the quality and integrity of enterprise resource planning (ERP) data.
Participate in the annual inventory count in order to fully report discrepancies and make any necessary adjustments.
Track orders, and update confirmation dates in the ERP (enterprise resource planning) system to avoid delivery delays;
Receive goods and make transfer orders in the system;
Perform non-conformance returns to the supplier in the system;
And all other related tasks.
YOU'RE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU CAN CHECK MOST OF THESE BOXES:
You have a college diploma in business administration, procurement or another related field.
You have two (2) years or more of experience in a similar position.
You can work in an open-concept environment with professionalism.
You are organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
You have an excellent command of spoken and written French and English since you have to communicate and work on projects with colleagues from different countries.
You have a sense of organization, rigor and detail in addition to the ability to manage several mandates simultaneously independently.
You know how to effectively organize tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and fast-paced environment.
You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level excel required).
You have experience in the manufacturing industry and knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central) (are an asset).
