YOUR DAY-TODAY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
E-commerce Growth Management and Strategy
• Achieve e-commerce revenue targets for four global websites in North America and Europe.
• Manage the eCommerce sales funnel and customer lifecycle.
• Optimize product merchandising/go-to-market to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and engagement, prioritize products based on conversion opportunities and marketing priorities.
• Collaborate with demand planning and operations teams to plan inventory needs, product availability, promotional periods, and identify trends.
• Manage customer support and service teams to ensure alignment with customer orders, requests, needs, and priorities, putting the customer experience at the heart of our priorities.
• Balance the day-to-day eCommerce site management responsibilities with website maintenance, brand guidelines, internal requests, updates, price adjustments, new products, and more.
• Manage our community of ambassadors, influencers and affiliates to amplify their passion for the NANUK brand, drive traffic/traffic to websites and support the delivery of high-quality content.
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and e-commerce revenue objectives.
• Manage data and tracking. Provide interpretations, insights and recommendations to the team and senior management.

Acquisition and retention
• Work with the team/agency to develop KPI-based campaigns to target audiences that drive high-quality traffic to sites via paid search and paid social media.
• Develop an email flow strategy for multiple consumer segments, to serve, inform, entertain, engage, and convert.
• Improve NANUK's overall visibility and performance on search engines, by creating and optimizing relevant content and developing off-site links/backlinks.
• Report results, insights, opportunities, and risks in line with strategy and expectations, consistently and via easy-to-understand dashboards/platforms.
YOU'RE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU CAN CHECK MOST OF THESE BOXES:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or another related field.
• A customer-centric, data-driven mindset, where service is commensurate with product quality.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, social media marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software (HubSpot), and project management software (Monday.com).
• Over 4 years of hands-on experience in strategic and operational roles, leading one or more e-commerce businesses, with direct responsibilities in revenue and budget management.
• Ability to plan, manage and create a strategy around global projects; Know how to manage available resources, develop a timeline and budget, and assign areas of responsibility.
• Ability to analyze problems and structure global solutions.
• Experience in managing inventory based on multiple supply and demand requirements.
• Positive attitute, comfortable with ambiguity and a penchant for action.
• Exceptional management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop team members to achieve high performance results.
• Ability to lead individuals to achieve company goals and solve business problems creatively and effectively.
• Exceptional ability to influence and build relationships.
• Experience in adapting and leading change initiatives.
• Bilingual: French and English, written and spoken.
• Demonstrated hands-on operational approach and practical leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Creativity and a sense of innovation.
