YOUR CHALLENGE


• Develop and maintain profitability models by product type, as required.
• Design, create, and produce analyses, templates, presentations, and proposals that guide the strategic direction of the company.
• Build and foster strong business partnerships with sales operations, finance, and sales teams, as well as all internal and external departments and stakeholders, to make effective business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant information and data.
• Provide financial support and advice for the structuring of new sales agreements that involve more complex terms, third-party partners, and special terms, to ensure consistent and efficient execution.
• Analyze sales performance to ensure accuracy of assumptions and forecast results.
• Develop, implement, and maintain forecasting tools and performance monitoring tools.
• Provide guidance on KPIs to ensure they are aligned with the organization's broader goals.
• Propose recommendations to improve processes - focus on efficiency as well as propose new procedures and reports that will improve management decision-making.
• Work with the marketing team in analyzing pricing, trends, margins, distribution strategy, sales forecasts, etc.
• Participate in the annual budget process through rigorous financial modeling.
• Development of a profitability model per customer.
• Improvement of the complete cost pricing system in order to better identify profitability by product.
• Perform a variety of related tasks.

ARE YOU THE NEXT TEAM MEMBER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?


• Equipped with a bachelor's degree in accounting or financial administration;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience related to the position;
• Ability to think quantitatively, quickly analyze reports and data to prioritize opportunities. In-depth knowledge of Excel is required;
• Experience as a data analyst in the field of marketing/sales or purchasing/finance;
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI or equivalent data visualization software;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of using data to drive business decisions;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects;
• Fluency in French/English (spoken/written);
• Able to manage priorities effectively and optimally;
• Have open and inclusive communication;
• Demonstrate rigor and professionalism;
• Sense of teamwork, autonomy, adaptability, versatility and critical thinking.
