WHAT DOES THE POSITION CONSIST OF?
• Respond effectively to web customer requests via email, phone and chat.
• Offer product advice to support customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Verify the accuracy of orders in the system and ensure that they are properly processed.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with internal policies.
• Ensure a rigorous follow-up of each client file until its complete resolution.
• Maintain fluid communication with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, marketing, IT) to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Supporting e-tail customers, i.e. assisting retailers who sell our products through their own e-commerce platform.
• Perform all other related tasks.
ARE YOU THE NEXT TEAM MEMBER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
• You have a college diploma in a relevant field;
• You have a minimum of one (1) year of experience with social media management and customer service;
• You are comfortable communicating in both languages; both written and oral, in French (advanced) and English (advanced);
• You manage your stress well;
• You know how to show empathy, patience, active listening and compassion;
• You are good at interpersonal communication and are customer-oriented;
• You know how to manage your time while having a good management of priorities;
• You know how to adapt and like change;
• You are proficient in the Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
