YOUR DAILY LIFE WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF:
• Support the day-to-day management of Amazon account activities, including data entry and reporting;
• Coordinate annual promotions on the platform and for several brand stores;
• Be the contact person who manages and resolves Amazon issues (coordinate with internal teams);
• Help maintain product listings, optimize content, and manage inventory levels on Amazon;
• Stay up-to-date on Amazon's policies, trends, and best practices, incorporating them into our account management strategies;
• And all other related tasks.
YOU'RE OUR IDEAL PERSON IF YOU CAN TICK THE MAJORITY OF THESE BOXES:
• You have a college diploma in business administration, marketing or another related field.
• You have proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in managing or coordinating Amazon accounts.
• You are organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You have an excellent command of spoken and written French and English since you have to communicate and work on projects with our employees from all countries.
• You have a sense of organization, rigor and detail in addition to the ability to manage several mandates simultaneously independently.
• You know how to effectively organize tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and fast-paced environment.
• You have experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA and/or Vendor Central platforms (an asset).
