YOUR CHALLENGE
- Bilingual support for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) users in Quebec, the United States and Europe;
- Bilingual support for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) software users and partners;
- Execute onboarding mandates for new EDI partners and/or new EDI interfaces;
- Execute test plans, and report test plan results during ERP and EDI software updates;
- Set up and maintain ERP and EDI documentation and knowledge bases;
- Document and track ERP and EDI incidents and change requests;
- Work with users in the various ERP and EDI software modules;
- Provide coaching and training on processes and software;
- Perform a variety of other related duties.
ARE YOU THE NEXT MEMBER OF THE TEAM WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Post-secondary education or certification in a related field;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in a Microsoft environment (Windows and Microsoft 365 / Office 365);
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central;
- Experience with warehouse management software, MRP (Materials Requirements planning), WMS - an asset;
- Experience with the InsightWorks suite - an asset;
- Knowledge of data reporting and export/import - an asset;
- Experience with TrueCommerce and SPSCommerce EDI platforms - an asset;
- Application of logic and experience with "basic" development and/or Excel functions;
- Bilingualism (English and French) oral and written;
- Versatility and flexibility;
- Sense of initiative, resourcefulness;
- Teamwork skills;
- Organizational skills and priority management;
- Autonomy and adaptability.
