  • Participate in the month-end and financial statement analysis process;
  • Ensure compliance of the financial information entered into the ERP (enterprise resource planning) system;
  • Support the cash management process;
  • Participate in process improvement projects;
  • Participate in the day-to-day operations of the accounting team such as journal entries, account reconciliations, accounts receivable management;
  • Prepare Canadian and U.S. payroll;
  • Conduct analysis of import costs and variances;
  • Prepare and update various monthly reports;
  • Perform a variety of other related duties.



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience (in the manufacturing/operational field);
  • Excellent command of Excel (advanced functions);
  • Good knowledge of MRP/ERP financial computer systems;
  • Knowledge of ERP system - Business central (an asset);
  • Bilingualism (English and French) oral and written;
  • Versatility and flexibility;
  • Sense of initiative, resourcefulness;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Organizational skills and priority management;
  • Autonomy and adaptability.
