YOUR CHALLENGE
- Participate in the month-end and financial statement analysis process;
- Ensure compliance of the financial information entered into the ERP (enterprise resource planning) system;
- Support the cash management process;
- Participate in process improvement projects;
- Participate in the day-to-day operations of the accounting team such as journal entries, account reconciliations, accounts receivable management;
- Prepare Canadian and U.S. payroll;
- Conduct analysis of import costs and variances;
- Prepare and update various monthly reports;
- Perform a variety of other related duties.
ARE YOU THE NEXT MEMBER OF THE TEAM WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in accounting;
- 3 to 5 years of experience (in the manufacturing/operational field);
- Excellent command of Excel (advanced functions);
- Good knowledge of MRP/ERP financial computer systems;
- Knowledge of ERP system - Business central (an asset);
- Bilingualism (English and French) oral and written;
- Versatility and flexibility;
- Sense of initiative, resourcefulness;
- Teamwork skills;
- Organizational skills and priority management;
- Autonomy and adaptability.
