E-commerce Account Coordinator - Contract

YOUR DAILY LIFE WILL BE BUSY WITH:


• Supporting the day-to-day management of Amazon account activities, including data entry and reporting;
• Monitoring account activities and conducting external communications to ensure compliance and integrity of operations (brand protection);
• Coordinating annual promotions on the various platforms and for several brand stores;
• Managing and resolving various issues related to Amazon, in coordination with internal teams and departments;
• Helping to maintain product listings, optimize content, and manage inventory levels on Amazon;
• Staying informed about Amazon's policies, trends, and best practices, and incorporating these elements into our account management strategies;
• Performing all other related tasks.

YOU'RE OUR IDEAL PERSON IF YOU CAN TICK THE MAJORITY OF THESE BOXES:


• You have a college diploma in business administration, marketing or a related field.
• You have demonstrated experience in e-commerce, ideally in management or coordination.
• You are organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You have an excellent command of spoken and written French and English since you must communicate and work on projects with colleagues from different countries.
• You have a sense of organization, rigor and detail in addition to the ability to manage several mandates simultaneously independently.
• You know how to effectively organize tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and fast-paced environment.
• You have experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA and/or Vendor Central platforms (an asset but not essential).
• You are comfortable communicating in both languages; both written and oral, in French (advanced) and English (advanced) to follow up with our external clients.
