The NANUK pull handle replacement kit includes the retractable handle assembly only. The back plate on the rear of the case that attaches the handle to the case must be removed and reused when replacing the retractable pull handle.

This kit is compatible with all NANUK wheeled cases with a retractable pull handle:

 935/938/950/955/960/962/963/965/968/970/975

Broken Pull Handle. Great customer service and super fast delivery!

I really LOVE my Nanuk cases. I have 5 of them and use them and abuse them when I travel. I recently broke the handle of my biggest case because of a lot of other equipment that I was carrying on top of that. Finally after years of abuse, the handle gave up and something broke inside so it would not retract anymore. after taking it off (super easy) I was able to travel back home and order a replacement. In less than 72 hours I had a brand new handle installed in my old case. Cstomer service was amazingly fast. Thank you THAK YOU! You have a customer for life!!
