Building Maintenance Worker - Temporary

WHAT DOES THE POSITION CONSIST OF?

• Perform equipment and building maintenance;
• Perform grounds maintenance (lawn, flower beds, snow and ice removal);
• Respond to emergencies and requests for immediate action to ensure the safety of occupants and the building;
• Accompany subcontractors during during maintenance or repair work;
• Ensure building quality and safety (inspection and plant tour):
• Provide occasional support to production when required;
• Perform hygiene and sanitation tasks in the warehouse;
• Perform all other related tasks.

ARE YOU THE NEXT MEMBER OF THE TEAM WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Have at least 3 years of experience in building maintenance and/or equipment maintenance;
• Have basic knowledge of mechanics and electricity;
• Have a high school diploma;
• Ability to perform physical work: be able to repeatedly lift loads weighing up to 50lbs, work at heights as well as meticulous manual work;
• Be enterprising and able to work with minimal supervision;
• Be reliable, rigorous and able to take initiative.
