WHAT DOES THE POSITION CONSIST OF?

-The B2B Marketing Manager develops and executes strategic, data-driven marketing programs across priority industries and channels—owning budgets, KPIs, and lead-generation initiatives—while partnering with sales and cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys and drive measurable brand awareness, demand, acquisition, and revenue growth.

-Develop and execute a B2B content and communications strategy—creating and overseeing emails, social posts, case studies, white papers, product launch materials, sales enablement assets, interviews, and video/webinars—while ensuring brand consistency, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing the content calendar to drive awareness, demand, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

-Manage and optimize the B2B website—keeping content current, coordinating landing pages and campaigns, driving UX and conversion improvements through CRO (A/B tests, form/landing optimization), monitoring performance with GA4/HubSpot, and collaborating with internal teams and agencies.

-Partner with sales and channel partners to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth by creating sales enablement materials, distributor enablement programs, co‑marketing campaigns, and coordinated calendars to align launches, events, and sales initiatives.

-Support and execute B2B marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and events to generate and nurture qualified leads for priority industries, target accounts, distributors, and partners.

-Oversee marketing analytics and performance by tracking KPIs, analyzing campaign, lead and pipeline metrics, maintaining CRM/data quality, conducting market and competitor research, and delivering actionable insights to optimize ROI and support business growth.


ARE YOU THE NEXT TEAM MEMBER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, product marketing, or related disciplines.

Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, lead generation, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and digital tools.

Excellent communication, writing, and content-creation skills.

Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset.

Experience managing multiple brands, products, or business units (asset).

Knowledge of defense, law enforcement, aerospace, medical, or industrial sectors (asset).

Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time, primarily to the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Bilingualism required, both spoken and written, in French and English; approximately 90% of daily communications are conducted in English with internal and external stakeholders.
