Had to replace the wheels on my 950 after only 4 months because they literally came off…the tire got off the wheel. I think they are not supposed to last forever…especially if your bag is heavy and the roads are bad.

No so good quality. Poor service.

One of my long time trusty 938’s rubber met the road upon pick up from bags claim. As I was pulling my case through the Hartford airport toward rentals, it sounded like driving on the road when they grate it before a repave. Customer service were excellent in response time and getting a package of replacement wheels to me. As my dog watched from the office chair, I went through the simple and quick process of replacement. It’s a perfect fit and the roll is just as smooth as from that first day of action. Thanks!

Had an intern ruin a wheel by pulling the case across a parking lot with a rock blocking wheel movement, thus creating a horrible flat spot on the wheel. This kit was easy to install and quickly returned a favorite case back to service.

Wheel wobbled on the first day of use. Customer service was easy to contact and replacement was shipped quite quickly. Thank you

They work great and easy to replace, took 4 weeks to receive with the import issues at customs at the Canada/US border, but not Nanuk’s fault. They were very nice at customer service.

The wheel kit was sent back to the shipper by UPS. It was never received. I emailed a couple weeks ago about it and haven’t heard from you.
