WHAT IS THE POSITION?
Management of a production cell;
- Coach and mobilize your team (approx. 10 employees) to optimize operational activities and contribute to the achievement of the company's business objectives;
- Coordinate and control operations to ensure the optimization of production processes, taking into account product, material and labor requirements;
- Conduct active supervision rounds;
- Management of the payroll of his department;
- Demonstrate constant leadership to your team to complete the various orders as quickly as possible and ensure the efficient use of the workforce to manage productivity;
- Supervise operations taking into account compliance with the quality and procedures of our facilities;
- Assess employees' development and training needs and ensure that they are trained;
- Provide positive leadership to employees regarding good occupational health and safety practices and conduct accident investigations as required;
- Produce production reports, performance indicators and other data necessary for the smooth running of operations;
- Participate in the development of the company's succession and versatility;
- Master and apply company policies and rules;
- Perform a variety of related tasks.
ARE YOU THE NEXT TEAM MEMBER WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Operations Management and Logistics studies or other relevant specialization combined with at least 5 years' experience in team management;
- Ability to manage, mobilize, coach, motivate and develop a team;
- Demonstrate an ability to work in a team and support colleagues;

- Demonstrate strong communication skills;
- Possess a strong ability to analyze and optimize processes;

- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, MRP (atout);
- Experience with MES and WMS software (asset)
- Knowledge of the manufacturing environment is an asset.
