The Product Manager will globally manage our product strategy, the family of products, and product categories across the product lifecycle to maximize profitability, grow market share, support strategic projects, amplify our brands through product, increase our new product success rate and deliver world-class product experiences for our customers. This position requires strong project management skills and the ability to effectively work with others across the organization including Marketing, Product Design and Development, Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support.

Product Management

Help to define the product vision and roadmaps and enable organizational strategic planning by fueling our long-term innovation pipeline. Manage the complete product lifecycle of our products from both strategic and operational points of view. Manage Product Review process to ensure product selection and design are accurate in scope with margin expectations. Develop and manage processes, and tools to ensure we are meeting strategic and operational objectives. Curate product SKUs, product lines, and categories as data and strategy dictates.

New Product Ideation

Be the champion for new ideas, VOC, research, competitive benchmarking, market trend watching, and user habits to deliver a steady dose of new product ideas for advanced design, immediate development, and short-term development. Partner with the Design and Development Team to validate new product

ideas generated from all parts of the business by providing market data, business insights, research, and related information. Develop business cases to support new product initiatives.

Product Knowledge and Training

Be an enthusiastic product advocate who is energized by sharing their knowledge and expertise with colleagues, customers, sales representatives, the media, and other stakeholders globally.

Be a product, competition, customer, and a market expert. In conjunction with the content team, develop and deliver product training programs as well as product demos, live and on video.


Monitor markets, competition, trends, consumer habits, and more to develop a product pricing strategy and work in conjunction with Sales and Commercial Strategy teams to implement and communicate pricing structure. Monitor product Profit & Loss and recommend changes to meet top and bottom-line objectives.

And all other related tasks.


  • A. or B.S. Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of product management/category management and new product development
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and influence cross-functional teams and prioritize deliverables
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing skills
  • Strategic development, analytical, innovation, and decision-making skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, focused, collaborative, and enthusiastic
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing strategy and innovative ideas
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience working with relevant manufacturing, distribution channels, and OEMs is an asset
  • Willing to travel 10-20% of the time, mainly in USA and Europe.
  • Fully bilingual in French and in English.
