We are currently looking for a Product Data and Information Management Coordinator for our head office in Terrebonne.

WHAT IS THE POSITION?

  • Create and manage product master files, product codes;
  • Create manufacturer's bills of materials (BOM);
  • Maintain the integrity of the information contained in the product files of our ERP system;
  • Analyze data errors, solve root causes and propose solutions to problems;
  • Perform various related tasks.

ARE YOU THE NEXT TEAM MEMBER WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

  • Diploma of college studies in an appropriate discipline;
  • Understanding of the principles of supply chain, production and inventory management, combined with 2 years of experience in one of these areas;
  • Intermediate to advanced level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, especially Excel formulas and functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, VBA);
  • Experience in data collection and handling; Demonstrated analytical skills and ease/experience working with data;
  • Knowledge of the functions of an ERP system;
  • Knowledge of Power BI (an asset);
  • Knowledge of Jet Report (an asset);
  • Adaptability, motivation and strong ability to solve problems quickly;
  • Sense of initiative and autonomy;
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Collaborator with an optimistic and helpful attitude;
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work under pressure (with multiple deadlines and stakeholders);
  • Excellent work ethic.
