As a rapidly growing brand with an expanding product portfolio, we are adding to our Marketing Team and looking for a Marketing Manager who appreciates great brands, is a reliable teammate, has high standards, likes variety, is organized, and manages projects professionally. Our recently-completed Innovation Center will be home to both our Design and Marketing Teams, the two groups who are responsible for guiding the NANUK brand to an extremely bright and promising future.

YOUR CHALLENGES:
Our new Marketing Manager will be part of an agile and talented team with a broad range of responsibilities from digital to traditional Marketing, content and revenue creation, brand development to brand awareness. We don’t do silos; we communicate, complement each other, roll up our sleeves, collaborate, have fun, increase profitability, grow market share, and win as a team.
In addition to other responsibilities the Marketing Manager will:
- Help provide agency-like marketing support to customers, internal teams and related stakeholders.
- Organize, plan, execute all Trade Shows and live events.
- Bring our social media strategy to the next level across all our platforms through engaging content planning and publishing.
- Actively monitor and engage in social media conversations on all related platforms.
- Develop and nurture relationships with our communities online.
- Develop, manage and nurture our Ambassador program to increase engagement and 3rd party advocacy.
- Support updates and maintenance of key Marketing tools including calendars, databases, dashboards, portals, websites, social media and more.
- Price monitoring, customer communications, research, reporting.
- Product sample shipment coordination.
- Marketing collateral support and coordination.
- Agency coordination and support.
- Manage and support strategic projects and key initiatives as required.
The position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and BI.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- A. Degree in Marketing or Communication or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade show/event management or coordination
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a social media community management or similar position.
- Bilingualism essential, both written and spoken, in French (intermediate) and English (advanced) with eye for attention to detail
YOUR SKILLS:
- Digital savvy, good understanding of overall social media ecosystem
- Proven ability to generate conversation and engagement on behalf of brands or companies.
- Possess strong organization, project management, event coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to be flexible and solutions-oriented
- Ability to lead and manage projects simultaneously on deadline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated, focused, collaborative and enthusiastic.
- Creative thinker.
- People person who enjoys face-to-face and online communication with customers, team members, influencers, vendors.
- Experience working with or a passion for photo/video/drones, outdoor recreation, medical, military, law enforcement, industrial verticals is preferred.
