We are currently looking for a Conceptor Designer based at our head office in Terrebonne. The Conceptor Designer Will be a key member of the Design and Design Department.

What is the position?

  • Assist the foam design team with new projects;
  • Update drawings, parts lists (BOMs) and documents as required;
  • Support customer requests for technical documentation, including drawings, certifications, quality questionnaires;
  • Support customer service and sales department with requests for technical information;
  • Product testing, including; immersion in water, impact testing, etc.;
  • Document and validate test results;
  • All other related tasks.

Are you the next member of the team we are looking for?

  • Diploma of 3D professional study and/or technical diploma of college studies (DEC) in industrial design, mechanical engineering or similar;
  • 2+ years of experience;
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks (2D and 3D);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • Knowledge of plastic injection molding materials and process.
